It was my great fortune to participate in the "Skin Care Trainer Preparation" course. It was one of the most enjoyable courses, both in terms of training and skin care. I would like to thank Dr. Orina for her dedication, her approach, and the information she shared with sincerity and love. I also thank Dr. Jamal for everything he provided, especially his sense of humor, as we never felt any distance between him and us. Lastly, I thank the unsung hero, the elegant Mrs. Ilham, with all my love and appreciation.

The course was excellent. We learned many fundamental concepts and basics of ArcGIS Pro, as well as practical skills and how to use the program. Therefore, we extend our sincere thanks to the instructor, Engineer Ali Jihad Subhi Istaitieh, for his valuable efforts and outstanding contribution throughout the training period. His clear approach, practical experience, and dedication to delivering information in a simplified manner greatly enhanced our understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and its applications. We thank him for his patience, cooperation, and continuous support in our learning and application. We pray that God grants him success in his professional and academic career.
